setting recur by default is not respected on contribution page

Eg if recur is enabled by default on the page

the payment is not submitted as recurring transaction. Instead, it just submits a normal one time payment.

Few other issues:

• As documention says it only supports monthly for now, i think we should avoid loading this ext on contribution page if other recurring units are enabled on it? Eg If weekly is also enabled on contribution page and user selects monthly while submitting the page, the recur is processed as weekly payment.

• Notice error everytime we clear cache. looks like it is already raised at #9 (closed)
