contact possibly matches but doesn't actually.. doesn't offer to create?

This extension is just about the best bit of news I've had all year...I'm forever uploading lists of new contacts.. this extension has already taken literally hours off this task

I'm on Wordpress, the only issue I've had is the process when a possible match is found: if after checking it turns out that there isn't a match ie a new contact needs to be created, I can't see the option to do that?
