Clean out addresses partially

Hi,

I need to remain addresses instead of removing them at all. But remaining only with selected values like city or country.

I'm going to prepare PR for this feature.

EDIT:

• new setting Action on adresses with two options: 1: Remove all (default) or 2: Clean out selected fields
• new setting Fields of address for cleaning out as a list
