Cannot re-install: Already Exists database error

I installed this extension, could not find the GDPR entry in the Contact menu as mentioned in the documentation. Tried uninstalling and now can't reinstall:

I get this:

INSERT INTO civicrm_custom_field ...
Duplicate entry 'Terms & Conditions-1' for key 'UI_label_custom_group_id'
