Proposal: Trigger Firewall events on form submission violations

When formprotection stops a submission, log it as a firewall event.

Use a generic event 'formprotectionevent', and include further details in the source.

This means that 10 exceptions of any type from within formprotection will block the client IP address.

Also include a setting to optionally enable this functionality (disabled by default).
