Saved data notification should not appear on public forms

It seems that there is a notification shown on contribution forms, event registrations, etc that confirms former communication data has been saved in the Former Communication Data tab of the contact record when a user inputs a different email or different address data (either because they used a personalized link or because their contact was deduped on form submission).

This doesn't really make sense to show the public and could potentially create feelings in donors that they are being tracked, their old data is being stored, and so on. Maybe there's another use case that would make this desirable to expose to form submitters, in which case maybe this could be an option instead.

The extension is great and very useful, we've been using it since it came out. But this does seem like it is less than ideal for donor stewardship, etc.
