Problems with 2.0.1

Just reporting a few issues with the 2.x release:

1. Output Handler: Decide what to send - is unable to save any output fields. Always reports an error that a field must be provided.
2. Exporting a Form Processor - function no longer works

I've reverted back to 1.65 at this stage as both those features are essential.
