Some users can't edit the description of their extension nodes

When I visit https://civicrm.org/node/2288/edit, the Description field reads: This field has been disabled because you do not have sufficient permissions to edit it. Interestingly, other members of the extensions working group can edit this field.

I suspect this has something to do with Drupal field-level permissions. This suggests we need to review which Drupal roles have permission to edit which extension-node fields, as other users may experience the same problem.
