New 'Check Group Tree' function won't save 'No' as an option

I'm working on CiviCRM v5.19.4 and CiviRules 2.11

One Rule we've set up had stopped working so I checked it. I noticed there is a new mandatory field to 'Check Group Tree' when using a group as a parameter (note: it is a smart group, if that makes a difference).

In this instance, this is not relevant because we are not using parent-child groups and I chose 'No' and then 'Save'.

I then went back in to this parameter to check all is well:

It's now blank. I can choose 'Yes' and save - this works (and given that this has not affect on the Rule, I'm using this for the time being) but it's not working as expected.
