(Custom) Email Tokens (event/participant & contribution)

Hello there, please close this issue here if this is really only a emailapi issue, but I am quite confused about which tokens are and which aren't supposed to be replaced using civirules and the emailapi. (See issue at: https://github.com/CiviCooP/org.civicoop.emailapi/issues/10)

Does civirules provide the event/participant or contribution context for emailapi to be able to use those tokens in an email?

It would really enhance the use of civirules greatly if this would be the case as civirules has a much greater flexibility in conditions on when to send an email than the scheduled reminders in core.

I know the way civirules is developped and I'm not able to understand or code this myself right now, but at least I would like to understand what is supposed to work at the moment (but maybe doesn't), and what is really still to be developed.
