Action: Change Participant Status

Would you know of anyone who made a start with this? Otherwise I will try, though not really a coder myself.

Use case:

  1. change participant status to: 'wait on approval' if age does not match the requirements for an event (youthcamp)
  2. change participant status to: 'pending waitlist' if there was no space for boys on a camp, but still for girls.
