Contact is un-tagged (tag is removed from contact) does not work anymore

We have noticed that one CiviRule does not trigger anymore since end of March. Unfortunately I do not know which version worked.

Steps to reproduce:

Linked Trigger: Contact is un-tagged (tag is removed from contact)

Linked Condition: Tag is X

Linked action: Remove Contact from a Group Y

Tested on CiviCRM 5.69.5 and CiviRules 3.6
