Error: Call to a member function fields() on array.

On 3.0 (Civi 5.70.1) I get this:

Error: Call to a member function fields() on array in Civi\Api4\Generic\DAOUpdateAction->baoToArray() (line 47 of /var/www/crm.keepournhspublic.com/sites/all/modules/civicrm/Civi/Api4/Generic/Traits/DAOActionTrait.php).

when enabling/disabling a rule. The rule has been en/dis-abled though.

Looking at the (lack of) code in this extension, it could be a core bug perhaps.
