Error / warning message after upgrade

After upgrade from <2.24 to >2.24 CiviCRM shows the error / warning "The condition Entity Has/Does Not Have Tag is used in the rule ..." - but only for a few seconds - too fast to read. Maybe it'd be better to wait for the user to confirm having read it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
