Back office event registration does send confirmation mail even when the box is unticked

Steps to replicate

1. Install CiviMobile API extension
2. Create an event with public pages, fees with a price set and online registration enabled
3. In CibiCRM go to a contact record and register the contact for this event. Untick the box 'Send Confirmation Email'
4. Press Save

Expected behaviour

No confimration e-mail send.

Actual behaviour

A confirmation e-mail is send.
