All activities now have a "Is GOTV?" custom field

After running database upgrades to version 5.5.1, all activities show this. It's confusing for end users particularly because a) this applies to all activities, when I imagine it should only apply to surveys, b) the custom field group is reserved, which makes it invisible to the Manage Custom Fields screen.
