CiviCRM 5.75.4, WordPress 6.4.3 and WordPress 6.6.2, CiviDiscount 3.8.12 and 3.8.13 - In the popup screen for configuring discount codes, unchecking or checking the box to disable/enable the discount code has no effect and the change is not saved. Using the inline editing in the discount code list (the SearchKit view) DOES work, however. Other changes to the discount code (description, amount, other fields) _do_ work - it's just the is_active field.
