"Add new template" button does nothing?

The "Add new template" button on the Manage Event Templates page seems to just be a link to that page - i.e. to https://dev.crdb.org.uk/civicrm/admin/eventTemplate?reset=1, so it doesn't do anything. Or am I missing something?
