Add the possibility to send SMS

  • Add an "SMS" type processor
  • Add a new selector, with the mailings that are of type SMS.
  • Send the SMS directly without generating a new SMS mailing. The reason for this is that it is not possible to track bounces or unsubscribes from the service, and so it can be simplified further.
