#115 - Update autogenerated civix.php
This updates the autogenerated civix.php to the latest template. It looks big but it's:
- Addition of the definition of the big E, which isn't used in cdntaxreceipts yet.
- Lots of formatting.
- Some changes to the menu handling but cdntax doesn't use the helpers. I tested installing and it makes the menu entry.
- Change to alterSettingsFolders but cdntax doesn't use the settings folder.
- Minor changes to managedEntity hook.
