SSL CA cert might need updating soon - received a notice from authorize.net

I'm assuming the one it uses is this one: https://lab.civicrm.org/extensions/authnet/-/blob/cb72320082be529ac65416dcb89078e3dfb0c4a4/vendor/authorizenet/authorizenet/lib/ssl/cert.pem

In the latest upstream it is the same file from 2018, so upgrading the sdk won't help.

Maybe we just replace that cert.pem file with a new one?
