Custom fields section Areas and field still there even uninstalled

My setup: CiviCRM 5.18 on Drupal 7. I have evaluated Areas for a while and later I decided not to use it. I uninstalled it in the Extensions list. But the Areas section and field are still showing in contact page. How do I cleanly get rid of them? Thank you.
