Add cross-reference hyperlink within "importing your data"

For example, the Importing Data into CiviCRM (line 16 in the page source) says

please read the section on "Organizing your data"

but this section doesn't exist in the book. (I think. I did search for it.)

Obviously we could just go ahead and migrate the wiki page, but short of that is there an interim quick-fix to minimize confusion until that page is migrated?
