Update set-up.md The setup as described and shown in the images appears to be from an old version of CiviCRM I suggest a total rewriting of this material as it could use a fresh look. 

On line 10 'pledged' became 'Pending'
On line 11 'complete/paid' became 'Completed' as the UI states.

On line 44 Fixed Contribution Options should be included. I copied the text directly from the UI see image provided. The image provided should also be added to the Documentation. Also I was not sure how much detail to include in Contribution Label, Amount and Default? Checkbox. Should we explain how each of these sections work?

Line 45 should be an image such as the one attached to this merge request.
