Add Tips and Tricks section to Admin guide

It seems like adding a "Tips and Tricks" section to the Admin guide may be helpful, especially for first time admins. The trick that spawned the concept was to make default searches not include contacts that still needed to be cleaned up or merged, thereby creating a cleaner database for the end users to work with while the admins worked through the cleanup process. I expect that these wouldn't be configuration changes as much as concepts for workarounds or common manipulations that other admins have found useful. Who knows, maybe this will be the think tank that spawns a whole new class of extensions? It seems to me that the hardest portion of this section will be the categorization and menu layout for making these findable.
