Fix core options documentation in api v3

arthurm requested to merge arthurm/dev:arthurm-fix-options-docu into master

Removes discriminatory gender grouping mentioned in #884 (closed) by updating the options to the current CiviCRM core options (as requested in #884 (comment 89381)).
