Documentation repos are not listed at docs/documentation/index.md

There is a reference to a table which once existed: First find the GitHub repository for the guide (listed in the above table) but no table. This makes it harder for a new contributor to find out which git repo to checkout. From a quick perusal of recent git history I couldn't see where the table went, so filing this instead.
