update details on how to get login credentials for PR test sites

The CiviCRM documentations for reviewing Pull requests provides login credentials for aceesing PR test sites. It appears this credentials don't work anymore and the correct way to get test PR credentials is by Clicking on CiviBot PR comments links for test sites

I am already working to add this to the documentation.
