Add the mo/ directory, to centralise all .mo files after compilation and facilitate the rsync (mo files themselves must not be committed to the git repo).

This "mo/" directory contains the .mo files after running the
l10n/bin/compile-mo-files.sh script.
The .mo files should be in the .gitignore and never committed to git.
They are available through https://download.civicrm.org/civicrm-l10n-core/.
