Custom include/exclude search is broken

Today (8 March 2018) on http://dmaster.demo.civicrm.org the custom include/exclude search gives a WSOD.

This was using Include Newsletter Subscribers and exclude Advisory Board.

This works correclty in 4.7.29 on Civihostings demo site. I don't have access to a 4.7.30 site to test on that
