Manage Premiums notices

On dmaster just now (5.69.alpha1), navigating to Administer > CiviContribute > Premiums (Thank-you gifts) https://dmaster.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/contribute/managePremiums?reset=1 titled Manage Premiums, I get notices:

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
