Print Report from Manage Case for closed cases doesn't show roles properly

It's not identical to #1948 but might be the same underlying reason.

  1. Create a case.
  2. Add some roles.
  3. Close the Case.
  4. Choose Print Report on Manage Case.
  5. Look at the roles near the top - they should be there.

Ditto for the Activity Audit which is the same codebase as Print Report.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
