![Selection_823](/uploads/5d05559371fa6c062b2dad8ecd8c2901/Selection_823.png)
There are a couple of ways to fix, I'll do whatever folks like best.
One is to fix `civicrm.css` here:
```css
.crm-container.crm-public .select2-container .select2-choice {
padding: 5px 5px 5px 8px;
height: auto;
}
```
Changing `height: auto` to `height: 26px` matches the backend `select2.css`. Other select2 widgets are unaffected because they have placeholder text. I could also add placeholder text to the default rendering of this widget, but I think the CSS fix makes more sense.
I'll submit a PR to continue this discussion.5.13.0JonGoldJonGoldhttps://lab.civicrm.org/dev/core/-/issues/795PHP Warning "explode() expects parameter 2 to be string, array given" for mul...2019-03-20T14:59:22ZVirenmagePHP Warning "explode() expects parameter 2 to be string, array given" for multi-value country fieldsI am getting above error while trying to save multiple country for agent profile. I don't want to solve that - I think the right solution for that is to find funding to leap the interface.
What I DO think we can solve is the fact we are doing unnecessary joins / queries / processing to generate & display premiums - regardless of whether the site uses them. I think we could short-circuit that pretty cleanly by just doing a quick

That's generally fine when the indexes don't change, but once new ones are added you'd have to temporarily change the engine or apply the new ones manually.
Is there a particular reason why we'd want to keep that behaviour, or can we change it so that new indexes are added regardless of the engine?
I have [a patch](https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/commit/eababeabc1d0e97a809c7c534ce7e5a73a065c65#diff-e0d65cfb03f2d6f003eb4d598ef7e50b) ready for this, but wanted to check if there's agreement on this first.5.13.0https://lab.civicrm.org/dev/core/-/issues/502DB error "no such field" when executing actions on a sorted contact search re...2019-08-23T07:53:16ZjensschuppeDB error "no such field" when executing actions on a sorted contact search result with search profileSteps to reproduce:

The generated query is missing the JOINs for the `civicrm_address` table, resulting in the postal_code field not being part of the result set to be ordered by. The JOIN is not being added to the query in `CRM_Contact_BAO_Query::prepareOrderBy()` due to the field being named `1-postal_code` and the code expects the field being named `postal_code` for adding relationships to the `civicrm_address` table.
The exception is being raised in [`CRM_Contact_BAO_Query::searchQuery`](https://lab.civicrm.org/dev/core/blob/master/CRM/Contact/BAO/Query.php#L4958).
Stepping through the code, this seems to also happen when ordering the search result, but the exception is then being caught in [`CRM_Contact_Selector::fillupPrevNextCache()`](https://lab.civicrm.org/dev/core/blob/master/CRM/Contact/Selector.php#L1048), following a `$this->rebuildPreNextCache()` call to re-create the query.5.13.0https://lab.civicrm.org/dev/core/-/issues/499Custom Field Checkbox value renders empty if the values are randomly sorted2019-04-05T21:12:33ZbgmCustom Field Checkbox value renders empty if the values are randomly sortedHow to reproduce:

(Values are prefixed with '0' because back in the day, the advanced search would consider that, for example, "9" also matches "99", because of the sql query `custom_field like '%9%'`, but that's another topic.)
Result: the custom field renders empty.

1- You created a pending membership starts today (27/7/2018) and ends in 1 year (26/7/2019).
2- You changed this membership payment (contribution) from "pending" to "completed".
Now without the hook implementation as explained above, the following message will appear :
```
the contribution record has been saved.
Membership for "CONTACT NAME" has been updated. The membership End Date is July 26th, 2019.
```
and the membership status will be change from Pending to New, And the end date of the membership will be similar to the one shown in the notification message which is 26/7/2019 which is all good.
But when you have the pre hook implemented as suggest above, the membership end date will be 26/7/2020 (since the hook add one year to the end date) but the notification message will still indicate the old end date which is 26/7/2019. This is wrong and the notification message should show the correct end date that reflects the membership actual end date.5.13.0https://lab.civicrm.org/dev/core/-/issues/1135Participants having multiple roles affects maximum event registration count2019-08-05T19:47:12ZDon WijesooriyaParticipants having multiple roles affects maximum event registration countIf you add multiple participant roles for a participant entry, it affects the event full count.

### Steps to reproduce
1. On dmaster, create a new event
2. Enable online registration and set "Max Number of Participants" to 1
3. Go to live event registration page. You should be able to register
4. Now add a new registration to a different contact from backend.
5. Once again go to live event registration page. Now it should show the event full message.
6. Go back to the other contact's events. Edit the event participant entry and add another role such as "Host".
7. Now go to the event registration page and you will be able to register for the maxed out event
### Issue
After inspecting `CRM_Event_BAO_Participant::eventFull()` the following line assumes there will only be one value in the field
````php
$where[] = " participant.role_id IN ( '" . implode("', '", $escapedRoles) . "' ) ";
````
Therefore when you have multiple values it won't work properly.
### Solution
I used regular expression code that's used in `CRM_Event_BAO_Query::whereClauseSingle()` under `case 'participant_role_id'`. This is a simple workaround I could think of. Haven't tested in all other scenarios.
````php
$regexp = "([[:cntrl:]]|^)" . implode('([[:cntrl:]]|$)|([[:cntrl:]]|^)', $escapedRoles) . "([[:cntrl:]]|$)";
$where[] = " participant.role_id REGEXP '{$regexp}'";
And here's the fix https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/commit/759094bdfa40531e4ec0cf0a644d9edd6b9247cf done earlier as per which it is fetching all columns which are String type and passing them into a separate JSON string identified as ```stringFields``` and another formatted list of valid string operators as ```stringOperators```. Similarly to identify date fields and to do a specific operation on such fields we are passing another variable ```dateFields```. These JSON object in JS are later used to specific operations. Now on the other hand, recently, I encountered another issue where the Boolean type columns don't work with IS EMPTY/IS NOT EMPTY operator and eventually leads to DB syntax error. So if I follow the same approach I need to assign another JSON string, which won't be an ideal fix. This lead me to do following 3 changes to improve the code:
1. Assign a single list of all data columns which are either Boolean, String or Date (as currently, these are the only kind that needs attention)
2. Use this list (as ```fieldTypes```) in JS to filter the operator or do field specific operations like covert a input search field to datepicker if the chosen search field is date kind.
3. Reduce list of variable assignment.5.2.0Monish DebMonish Debhttps://lab.civicrm.org/dev/core/-/issues/65When creating a manual event registration, the notes section (source) has a c...2018-04-23T04:52:53Zfreeform.stephWhen creating a manual event registration, the notes section (source) has a character limit but doesn't check for oneAttempted to manually add a participant to an event using the "Add event registration" tab on their CiviCRM profile, but the screen wouldn't save, the page just stays frozen and fails to complete.
The 'source' field in table 'civicrm_participant' is the 'Notes' field that appears when you manually create an event entry, it has a character limit of 128, client attempted to insert a note that was 161 characters. The limit of this field should be checked before attempting to save to the DB.
----------------------------------------
When CiviCRM performs bounce processing, a resubscribe request email results in a call to CRM_Mailing_Event_BAO_Resubscribe::resub_to_mailing() which fails as that class does not exist. As the error occurs before the offending email is removed from the Inbox, subsequent invocations of "civicrm-api job.execute" continue to fail.
Reproduction steps
----------------------------------------
1. Unsubscribe from an email list.
2. Receive confirmation email with the message ```You can re-subscribe by mailing mailto:bounce+e.[redacted]@mydomain.org```
3. Send an email to that address.
In addition, clicking the link in the email fails for the same reason.
Current behaviour
----------------------------------------
* Popup indicating "Cron not running".
* Mail processing (and presumably other scheduled jobs) not running.
* Drupal log entry: ```Error: Class 'CRM_Mailing_Event_BAO_Resubscribe' not found in civicrm_api3_mailing_event_resubscribe_create() (line 29 of /var/www/clients/client1/web3/web/drupal/sites/all/modules/civicrm/api/v3/MailingEventResubscribe.php).```
Expected behaviour
----------------------------------------
Contact resubscribed.
