Working Groups lifecycles & expectations
Some WGs are more active than others. Many run on efforts of 1-2 people driving the discussion. What to do when the WG leads move on?

- How to replace a WG lead, if the leads disappear
or: How to avoid the frustration that can arise when things fall through the cracks. How can we avoid that? Set proper expectations? (considering people are often volunteering their time and we cannot tell them what to do)
