> ### Voter registration
A qualified voter must be an individual who, at the time of announcing the election, is an active contributor to the CiviCRM project, which would include any of the following:
* Having an active account on
* CiviCRM.org
* Gitlab
* JIRA
* Mattermost
* Having attended a CiviCRM-sponsored event
those seem fine
this one I have some serious problems with:
* Having made a financial contribution to CiviCRM
The primary criteria seem designed to create a very low barrier to entry -- and that is a good thing.
If someone that has made a contribution to CiviCRM does not meet any of the other criteria, in my opinion they are not engaged enough with the community to deserve a say in the community's decisions.
I'd propose removing that last line entirely, it's unnecessary.https://lab.civicrm.org/community/ec/-/issues/2Time tracking2019-08-11T08:33:21ZRoseLaniganTime trackingI just wanted to add an issue here to enable people to track the time spent up to now on the Establishment Team outcomes.I just wanted to add an issue here to enable people to track the time spent up to now on the Establishment Team outcomes.https://lab.civicrm.org/community/ec/-/issues/1Finalize election timeline2019-07-19T14:45:42ZAndie HuntFinalize election timelineOn today's Establishment Committee call, we worked out a tentative schedule and want to get feedback from the Election Committee (Aidan and Joseph) and Nominations Committee (Eileen, Jon, and Michael) for moving forward.

(As a side note, we are issuing a [FAQ](https://lab.civicrm.org/community/ec/blob/master/FAQ.md) about the Establishment Committee report but not embarking upon any effort to rewrite the report. Our feeling is that having an elected body in place will be the most effective way forward.)

We hope the elections will be completed in time that the Council can meet in September at least once. If there is a way to accelerate the process at all, that would be welcome, but we are also sensitive to allowing enough time (both lead time and process time) so that people can participate even if they are traveling on northern hemisphere summer vacations.2019-07-12
